1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Car Trade Suite. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and vehicle export services. By accessing this platform, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Car Trade Suite if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

2. Vehicle Orders & Proforma Invoices

When you select a vehicle from our inventory and request an official quotation, our team generates a Proforma Invoice (P/I). Vehicles remain secured in stock for a limited period pending verification of your wire transfer.

3. Payment & Pricing Terms

All vehicle prices are quoted transparently based on FOB conditions or destination requirements. Accepted payment channels include secure international Bank Transfers (T/T) and authorized credit mechanisms.

• Verified Digital Remittance Services (Wise, PayPal)

4. Shipment, Inspection and Customs Clearance

Vehicles are shipped via maritime cargo vessels within 2 to 4 weeks depending on port routing schedules. Original shipping documentation is couriered promptly following vessel departure.

Destination port clearance and local import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend working with a licensed local customs broker for seamless delivery. Pre-shipment inspections (such as JAAI or EAA) are arranged based on destination country requirements.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Claims

Once a proforma invoice is settled and shipping arrangements or reservations are finalized, cancellations are subject to administrative and yard handling fees. Any claims regarding vehicle condition or missing accessories must be reported within 7 days of port arrival along with official port survey reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

Car Trade Suite shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of shipping delays caused by adverse weather conditions, port congestion, customs inspections, or international maritime regulations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, vehicle images, dashboard layouts, logos, and software code on Car Trade Suite are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international trade laws and local business regulations where Car Trade Suite operates. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
